Q365 – Notice
Q365 (the “App”) is the ultimate journaling app. Users of the App are asked one unique question a day, capturing their memories, achievements and challenges that they are facing. By taking the time to record these moments and then reflecting on them, our users can track their growth and development as mindful individuals.
The App is one a portfolio of mobile applications owned and operated by Appic Management S.à r.l. and its direct and indirect subsidiaries (“Appic”, “we”, “us”, “our”). Appic specialises in the acquisition, development and marketing of software, mobile and web-based applications.
Personal Data & Our Responsibilities to you
By using and interacting with the App, you will give Appic access to personal information about you (the “Personal Data”). This brings with it legal obligations that we take very seriously.

What Personal Data we collect
Identity Data (name, DOB, username), Contact Data (billing address, email address, phone number etc), Financial Data (payment card and account details), Transaction Data (payments and in-App purchases), Device Data (IP address, network information, unique identifiers), Usage Data (website tracking), Location Data, Marketing & Communications Data (your preferences)
How we get your Personal Data
We get access to your Personal Data in a number of ways. The main ways are set out below.
- Information you give us. e.g. by registering for and using the App.
- Acquisitions. We often acquire Personal Data which is owned by app developers when we buy their apps.
- Information we collect about you or your device. When you visit the App and/or one of our websites.
- Location Data. When you use the App.
- Third parties. e.g. social media, analytics providers, search engines and publicly available sources.
How we use your Personal Data
We will only use your Personal Data when the law allows us to do so. - Installing the App and registering you as a new user.
- Processing in-App purchases, delivering services and managing payments.
- Managing our relationship with you.
- To administer our business, including troubleshooting, data analysis and system testing.
- Delivering content and advertisements to you and to monitor trends.
Exercising your rights
You have various rights in relation to your Personal Data including (1) access to your information; (2) rectification of incorrect information; (3) erasure of your information; (4) restricting our Processing; and (5) withdrawing consent to your information being Processed.
